When I know the work, I’m more authoritarian: I set the direction and make the call.
When someone else knows more, I’m more democratic and involve the team in the decision.
I’d rather ask than pretend I have the answer.

I lean toward task behavior: clear responsibilities, deadlines, and knowing what’s finished.
What I’m working on: checking in with people, not just checking their progress.
In Sage, I put the most emphasis on skills. Knowing the work matters to me, but I also agreed that leaders and followers share the process.
